Cigna’s clinical teams strive to deliver affordable, predictable, and simple assistance for our members who are currently expatriated in different parts of the world.
One of Dr. Valeria Campozano’s main tasks is to make sure that Cigna’s members are receiving the best care possible, at the appropriate time, and in the correct place. They can be very far from home while on assignment, so it’s key that their medical needs are covered, offering support from the initial treatment right the way through to full recovery.
The COVID-19 pandemic has driven a steep rise in the use of telehealth services, enabling us to keep in touch and maintain contact with patients. What does the member journey of the future look like? We discuss how telehealth and in-person consultations can be combined to offer optimum services.
